“
I couldn’t have had a better internship. During my GN internship, I worked on three wonderful courses and gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the process. The Superintendents are great to work with and are willing to teach you everything they can.

Kaw-Nay Mgwe

“My internship at Geneva National helped me build the skills and knowledge that will be foundational to my career. The superintendents were always willing to answer my questions, and the experienced team taught me skills you simply can’t learn in a classroom.”
WE TAKE LEARNING ON THE ROAD.
LEARN. PLAY. CONNECT.
Some of the best learning happens outside your home course. Each season, our Grounds interns head out with members of the team for a golf trip to another Wisconsin course. It’s a chance to experience another facility, see the course from a player’s perspective, talk turf and golf with your mentors — and enjoy a pretty great day on the course.
