2024 SURVEY FOLLOW-UP

ACTION PLANS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2

Each leader was provided the 2024 Summer Survey responses for his/her department(s) of responsibility.  In our quest to actively listen to our staff and pursue continual improvement, we want to use these responses to better our areas and the company overall.  Moreover, we want to communicate to the staff that we heard their feedback and are taking action accordingly.

Based on the areas of opportunity highlighted in the survey, please submit an action plan with 2-3 bullet points noting the steps your team will take to improve in these areas. 

Please include the date by which you hope to achieve these improvements and the desired outcome.
