2024 GOAL SETTING
GOALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FRIDAY, APRIL 12

According to a recent Harvard Business Study, 14% of people who have goals are ten times more successful than those who do not. The same principle applies to business. For this reason, we ask all leaders who are part of the company's profit-sharing program to complete annual goal setting, as outlined below so that together, we may achieve and succeed.

Each leader must submit a minimum (3)/maximum of (5) performance goals by filling out and submitting the form below.

All leaders' goals will be reviewed for approval at the April 17 Executive Team meeting.

If you have questions about the process or your targets, please speak to your Executive Team Member prior to submitting your goals.
PLEASE NOTE: Any leader who misses the April 12 goal-setting deadline without prior approval from your department head will have his/her target profit-sharing potential reduced by 10%. The goal-setting form will turn off at midnight on April 12.
